Information you give us

We collect the information you submit through our forms.

• Culinary requests: your name, business name, email address, country, business type, and the details of your requirement, plus any optional context you add
• Free guide requests: your first name and email address
• Purchases: the order and customer details we receive from Stripe, such as your email address and what you bought
• Consultation bookings: the contact details supplied at booking, used to arrange your session
• Anything you choose to send us — recipes, photographs, video or business information — so a specialist can help you

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider processes standard technical information needed to serve the website, such as IP address and request data. This is ordinary server operation.

If you choose to allow optional analytics, Google Analytics may collect information about how you use the website, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser information, referral source, and interactions with the site. Analytics does not load until you allow it through our privacy choices.

• To fulfil purchases and deliver Guides
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer support
• Where you allow analytics, to understand website usage and improve the website and our services
• To detect and prevent fraud, and to keep the site secure

Sharing with culinary specialists

Where we assign a specialist to your project, the information relevant to that project is shared with them so they can prepare and carry out the work. Specialists are expected to treat your business information as confidential.

Service providers we use

We rely on the following providers to operate. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their service.

• Vercel — website hosting and deployment
• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — private storage for our digital files, and related backend infrastructure
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Zoom — video calls for consultation sessions
• Google Analytics — optional website analytics, loaded only when you allow analytics

Where data is processed

These providers are international services and may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States. We have not made any representation about the specific regions used by each provider, and you should review their own privacy documentation if that matters to you.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. SUVAIRA does not receive or store your full card details. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, together with order details such as your email address and what you purchased.

Cookies, analytics and browser storage

SUVAIRA uses Google Analytics 4 as an optional analytics service to understand how visitors use the website and to help us improve the site and our services.

Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose “Allow analytics” through our privacy choices. If you choose “Reject non-essential”, the website continues to function and optional analytics remains disabled.

You can change your analytics choice at any time by selecting “Privacy choices” on the website.

When analytics is allowed, Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to measure website activity. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and advertising-user-data consent are disabled in SUVAIRA's current analytics configuration.

Your browser's local storage is also used to remember which Master Guides you have placed in your cart and to remember your analytics-consent choice. Clearing your browser storage may clear those preferences.

Fonts are served from our own servers rather than a third-party font provider, so no font CDN receives your IP address.

Our hosting and payment providers may use technologies that are necessary for their services to function, provide security or prevent fraud. Their own privacy policies apply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry, project and order information for as long as needed to provide the service, to answer follow-up questions, and to meet accounting and tax record-keeping obligations. We delete or anonymise it once it is no longer needed for those purposes.

If you would like your information removed sooner, contact us and we will do so where we are not required to retain it.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond.

Depending on where you live, you may also have additional rights under local data protection law. We will honour requests made under the law that applies to you.

Security

Paid and free Guide PDFs are stored in private storage, not in a public location, and are delivered by short-lived download links rather than permanent public URLs.

No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

Accounts

SUVAIRA does not currently offer customer accounts, dashboards or stored personal libraries. You do not need to create an account to buy a Guide, request a free Guide or submit a requirement.

Children

This site is intended for adults and for people acting on behalf of a business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Governing jurisdiction

SUVAIRA operates from Ontario, Canada, and this policy is written on that basis.
