About SUVAIRA
- What is SUVAIRA?
SUVAIRA is a remote culinary expertise company. Food businesses tell us what they need help with, we review the requirement, and we assign a culinary specialist suited to that particular problem. The work happens remotely, primarily over Zoom.
We also publish Master Guides — structured culinary documents built around technique, control points and troubleshooting — which anyone can buy separately.
- Who is SUVAIRA for?
Primarily food businesses: restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, food product companies, catering operations and hospitality teams who need specialist culinary input on a specific requirement.
The Master Guides are also written for serious home cooks who want to understand the system behind a dish rather than follow a recipe.
- Is SUVAIRA a chef marketplace?
No. There is no directory to browse, no profiles to compare and no bidding. You describe the requirement; we take responsibility for matching it to the right expertise.
How the work happens
- Do I choose the chef?
SUVAIRA does not operate as a public chef marketplace. We review the cuisine, challenge and project requirement, then select the specialist we believe is best suited from the available network.
You will know who you are working with before the first session, and if the match is wrong we would rather change it than continue.
- How does specialist matching work?
Every request is read by our culinary leadership. The first question is what kind of problem it actually is — a technique problem, a formulation problem, a process problem or an equipment problem — because that determines the expertise required more than the cuisine label does.
We then assign a specialist based on relevant experience and project fit, and on availability.
See the full process- Are services remote?
Yes. SUVAIRA is remote-first by design — that is what allows a business in one place to work with the right specialist from another.
- How do Zoom sessions work?
Sessions are scheduled once a specialist is assigned. Most projects run across more than one session, because the useful work happens between them: you cook, you report back, the specialist adjusts.
Where it helps, specialists will ask you to have the kitchen, the equipment or the dish in front of you during the call.
- Can SUVAIRA help with every cuisine?
No, and we would rather say so. Our network covers a defined set of specialisms. If your requirement falls outside what we can genuinely staff, we will tell you rather than assign someone approximate.
- What happens if my requirement is not suitable for remote support?
Some problems need someone physically in the kitchen — equipment faults, workflow and layout issues, and sensory judgements that cannot be reliably described at a distance.
If we think a requirement is a poor fit for remote delivery, we will say so during review rather than take the project and underdeliver.

Projects and outcomes
- What can a project deliver?
Depending on scope, outcomes may include a finalized recipe, a standardized recipe, an action plan, troubleshooting recommendations, training notes, a kitchen reference or a Custom Master Guide.
What a specific project delivers is agreed before the work starts.
- Does every business project include a Custom Master Guide?
No. A Custom Master Guide is a substantial documentation deliverable and is included only where the project scope covers it. Many projects are better served by a standardized recipe or a focused action plan.
- Is the project review free?
Yes. Submitting your requirement, having it read by our culinary leadership, and finding out what expertise it needs costs nothing. That includes us telling you if the requirement is not suitable for remote support.
You are never charged simply for explaining the problem or for us reviewing it.
Start a free project review- What does a 1:1 Culinary Consultation cost?
The launch price is CA$99.99, available for the first 25 paid consultation bookings. After that allocation, the regular price is CA$149.99.
A consultation is a Zoom session with a culinary specialist selected for your specific requirement, not general paid access to a video call.
See what's included- How long is a consultation?
A consultation is session-based rather than sold by the minute. You are booking one scheduled Zoom consultation focused on the culinary requirement or issue agreed for that booking — not a block of time on a clock.
The session runs as long as that requirement needs within a single sitting, which is why we do not publish a fixed minute count.
- How is a consultation paid for?
In full at the time of booking. There is no deposit, no split payment and no balance collected afterwards.
- Can I reschedule or cancel a consultation?
One reschedule is permitted when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation session.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the session, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, and no-shows, are non-refundable — subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you.
If SUVAIRA is unable to hold the session, you choose: a rescheduled session, or a full refund.
Full cancellation terms- What follow-up is included after a consultation?
Includes up to 3 follow-up questions within 15 calendar days relating to the same culinary issue discussed during your consultation.
This is limited support, not an open channel. It does not include unlimited messaging, unrelated culinary questions, a new dish or recipe-development project, a separate project or different culinary problem, or a further Zoom consultation. Those are new work and are scoped and priced separately.
- How much does larger project work cost?
Development programmes, menu-wide standardization and team training are scoped and quoted individually after the free project review, because a single troubleshooting session and a full standardization programme are not the same piece of work.
All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.

Master Guides
- What are Master Guides?
Structured culinary documents built around technique rather than recipes alone. A Master Guide breaks a dish into controlled stages, each with a target, a cue for moving on and a known failure mode, and includes a failure atlas for diagnosing what went wrong.
- Are Master Guides physical books?
No. They are digital documents, delivered as PDFs you download and keep.
- How are free diagnostic guides different from paid Master Guides?
A free diagnostic guide starts with a specific problem — a batter that will not ferment, a biryani that came out wrong — and helps you work backwards to the likely cause. It is a diagnostic starting point.
A paid Master Guide is the complete system for a dish: formula, stage-by-stage control points, sensory cues, kitchen card and full troubleshooting.
- Can businesses buy standalone Master Guides?
Yes. The guides are sold to anyone, and a business does not need to engage a project to buy one.
- How much do Master Guides cost?
Foundation guides are CA$8.99 each. The Heritage guide, Ambur Chicken Biryani, is CA$11.99. The Chef's Masterclass, Chicken 65, is CA$14.99.
Both diagnostic guides — Why Your Idli Batter Is Not Fermenting and The 7 Failure Points of Home Biryani — are free.
Browse Master Guides- How do digital downloads work?
After a completed purchase you receive access to download the guide. Free diagnostic guides are made available after you submit your name and email.
