About SUVAIRA
Expertise should not be decided by geography.
01 — Why SUVAIRA Exists
The problem we started from.
Specialist culinary knowledge is unevenly distributed. The person who genuinely understands why your batter will not ferment, or how a particular regional biryani is built, exists — but they are probably not in your city, and probably not available to visit your kitchen.
Most food businesses solve this by guessing. They change five things at once, hope one of them was the right one, and learn nothing from the result. Or they hire generally, when what they needed was someone specific for two sessions.
SUVAIRA exists to close that gap. You describe the requirement; we work out what kind of expertise it actually needs and connect you to it remotely. And where the knowledge is general enough to be written down properly, we publish it as a Master Guide so it does not have to be a project at all.
02 — Our Principles
Taste · Tradition · Technique
Taste
The result must ultimately work on the plate. Every method, control point and measurement in a SUVAIRA guide or project is in service of that, and none of it counts for anything if the food is not good.
Tradition
Culinary heritage and context matter. A dish carries a region, a method and a reason it is made the way it is. We work with that rather than flattening it into something generic.
Technique
Knowledge becomes useful when it can be understood, controlled and repeated. A cook who knows why a stage works can correct it when it fails; a cook following steps can only start again.

Culinary Director & Expert Matching Lead
Chef Antony Jeno Raj
Chef Antony Jeno Raj leads culinary direction at SUVAIRA. His own specialist focus is Continental cuisine and professional kitchen execution, built across hotel and institutional kitchens in roles spanning production, section supervision and live-kitchen service.
At SUVAIRA his role is broader than his own section. He reviews incoming culinary requirements, works out what kind of problem is actually being described, and helps identify the expertise a project needs. He contributes culinary quality oversight across the network, and personally handles Continental requirements where that is the right fit.
Where a requirement sits outside his specialism — a regional biryani, a fermentation system, a pastry problem — his job is to recognise that and route it to a specialist who works in that area, rather than to answer it himself.
Education
- BSc Hotel Management — SRM Institute of Science and Technology, 2019–2022
05 — The Network
How the network works.
SUVAIRA is not a marketplace and there is no directory to browse. Requirements come to us, our culinary leadership reviews them, and we assign a specialist from our network based on the expertise the problem actually needs.
This puts the responsibility for the match on us rather than on you. It also means we have to be honest about coverage: our network spans a defined set of specialisms, not every cuisine on earth. When a requirement falls outside what we can staff properly, the right answer is to say so.
We are early. We would rather tell you that than manufacture the appearance of scale — no invented client counts, no borrowed logos, no testimonials we did not receive. What we publish here is what we can stand behind.
